No each account has its own license and Teams Account.
if you don’t mind a generic account with licenses…
One option is to share a generic account and have Teams on that and use that for each person to login to teams with - similar to when a user logs in on multiple devices (Sec officers will hate this)
so Bob and Sarah login to the PC as themselves but sign in to teams as the same user e.g reception.
