To ensure your Azure account is correctly linked to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, log in to the Founders Hub, navigate to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem under the Azure sponsorship benefits section. It may take some time for the credits to appear. Next, log in to the Azure portal with the account associated with the credits and check the Subscriptions section to confirm if a subscription labeled “Azure Sponsorship” is visible. If you mistakenly linked a work account instead of a personal account, the credits would need to be migrated to the correct account. To resolve this, please create a support ticket here to work with a billing engineer who can assist in assigning the credits to the proper account.
