Hi @Nathan Griffin
Welcome to our forum!
If users have Microsoft Viva enabled, they can also use Org Explorer. Org Explorer doesn't have a specific setup process. Org Explorer can be found as an add-in application in Outlook. You should be able to access it from the navigation bar.
If you can't find it, follow these steps to check your management license:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center: Use your admin credentials to log in.
- Navigate to Users: In the left-hand menu, select Users.
- Select the User: Find and select the user you want to manage.
- Manage Licenses: Go to the Licenses and apps tab.
- Assign License: If you want to turn on Org Explorer, assign the People in Viva license from the user.
However, according to the official documentation, we are currently experiencing problems and are still working on it, so please be patient and wait for it to be updated. More information, see: View and explore your organization.
