One of my customer is having an issue.

i still cannot customise my Teams meeting times in my Work office.- cloudon my Mac laptop - It is very inconvenient to be doing this on my phone.

6 months ago, i lost that function on my Teams download for Mac, then I was told that I needed to go to Teams in my Work Office cloud version to be able to customise the times, and a month ago I lost that function there also!!!! Very frustrating!

someone tried to help me a month ago and identified it as a system error. The customer service person said that he also could not override the meeting times on his end, and ended our communication after saying that he had reported the error. Nothing has changed.

I have been accessing Teams via Chrome, and I just tried Safari, and I have the same issue.
This is my personal business account.
I experience the problem on various WiFi networks.
No IT policy changes.
I can only customise Teams meetings on my Samsung phone.

Have you tried to change another Mac device to see if this issue persist?

Do you have any operations before this issue occurred?

We also recommend you try to clear the cache for Microsoft Teams may help resolve the issue. Here's how you can do it:

Quit Microsoft Teams.

Open Finder, then press Command + Shift + G to open the "Go to Folder" prompt.

Type ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams and press Enter.

Delete all files and folders in this directory.

Restart Microsoft Teams.
