Emails not dropping from a domain to my outlook domain

It seems it is teams spam filter that is flagging the emails and any organisation using teams are not getting the mail. The emails are not being rejected so, I do not know why they are not dropping. I sent the same email from the same sender to other email addresses like Gmail, Yahoo, webmail addresses, and they received the email, but outlook did not
