    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Let's try below steps to mitigate the issue:

1.Run "Win+R", enter "services.msc" to open Service management console, search for "Windows Update and Background Intelligent Transfer Service", right-click each, and select Stop.

    2.Navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

and clear data under the folder as an administrator

3.Restart Windows Update Services and PC, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates to see if issue still persists.

To help other customers who may be facing the same issue, please don't forget to vote if the reply is helpful.

    Best Regards

    Zunhui
