I received email from microsoft "Your subscription and services will be deleted on December 1, 2024. Because we detected a violation of our service terms on September 2, 2024, we’ll permanently delete your data on December 1, 2024. Please log in and save any important data before then." After that my MSDN subscription has been deleted by microsoft. Please help me how to reactivate my MSDN subscription.

Thanks for your question.
Based on this information, it is beyond the projected date of data deletion and most likely your data has been removed.
I will recommend you create a billing ticket if you have plans to reactivate or create a new subscription.

You can also call the Global service numbers to speak to an agent:
