Hey guys, I had the same issue with the AGM Software purchase. Just got off the phone with Microsoft Support.
Unfortunately, it looks like we have been scammed. You will still have to sign into your Microsoft account and pay for the monthly or yearly subscription to get access to the apps again.
I did email the AGM Software email that they sent the invoice on. Haven't heard back nor do I expect to hear back after seeing their address is out of country with no phone number contact provided.
Sorry to hear you bought it in September to not get much use out of it. Fortunately I bought mine is June 2024 so got about 7 months of use before it went down. Seeing I have to now pay an extra $6.50 a month for a standard Microsoft Subscription, if factor I got 7 months for free that equals to $45.50 I didn't spend in subscription costs. So the $89.99 spent on the scam is really only a $44.49 hit. That helped me feel better about it at least.
