How do I get access to the software I purchased via the Home Use Program?

I purchased Office Professional Plus 2016 via the Home Use Program. I want to install the software on a different machine (MAC), however the link to the product key and installation files no longer works. Furthermore, the product is not showing up in my Microsoft account. I have my original order number. How do I get access to the software I purchased?

The HUP license is limited to use on one computer at a time and limited to the time you are employed with the HUP sponsor.
