Why is my mdm status on devices reporting none?

We currently have approximately 18,000 devices reporting in Intune. About 2,500 devices are not processing the Windows 11 23H2 feature update and when we review device reports they are displaying an "MDM" status of none instead of Intune. Any suggestions or advice on how to remediate this issue would be appreciated.

    To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

    1.Please check if the user we used to enroll the device has Microsoft Intune license and Azure AD Premium license assigned.

    2.Please check the automatic enrollment configuration to see if the "MDM user scope" is set as ALL and if the "MAM user scope is set none".

    3.What enrollment method we used?
