Can not deploy my model to web app?

When try to deploy my model as web app, I can not select Location and an error says:

"Failed to fetch locations: Unable to load available locations for deployment. Please verify that Microsoft.web provider is registered for the selected subscription. Trace ID : cf120136-0dc1-413c-aa6b-940df82c7a7a"

How to solve it, pls help !

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    You have to first register your provider :"Microsoft.Web" for subscription cf120136-0dc1-413c-aa6b-940df82c7a7a

    Go to Resource Provider Under Subscription Settings and type "Microsoft.Web" and click on "register"

    Please follow below steps :

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. On the Azure portal menu, search for Subscriptions. Select it from the available options. Screenshot of searching for subscriptions in the Azure portal.
    3. Select the subscription you want to view.
    4. On the left menu, under Settings, select Resource providers. Screenshot of selecting resource providers in the Azure portal.

    7. Select the resource provider, and select Register. To maintain least privileges in your subscription, only register those resource providers that you're ready to use. Screenshot of registering a resource provider in the Azure portal.
