    Hello BV Sriraman,

    Thanks for your question

    Confirm these two steps:

"This account does not have an active sponsorship" will show for anyone who attempts to log in to the Sponsorship portal who is not the account owner. So you have to login with those permissions.

Proceed to log into Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section and try and confirm its redeemed.

I would recommend you contact founders hub support https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com in the support tab here as they can help look directly into why if the above does not solve

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola

    Hello BV Sriraman,

The message "This account doesn't have an active Sponsorship" typically means that your Azure Sponsorship account is either inactive or not linked to your current login credentials. To resolve this, please ensure that you are signed into the Azure portal using the email address associated with your Founders Hub credits.

Additionally, confirm that your Azure Sponsorship has been activated by navigating to the "Subscriptions" section in the Azure portal and checking if "Microsoft Azure Sponsorship" is listed there.

If the issue continues, you may need to contact Azure Support for further assistance. To do this, go to the Azure portal, select "Help + Support", and submit a support request.

Before reaching out to support, double-check that your account details are correct and that you have completed all necessary verification steps in the Founders Hub portal.
