Can someone please confirm if QnA maker is set to retire on March 31st of this year?

I understand we cant create new KB in QnA maker post March 31st 2025, can we continue to use the existing KB in QnA maker and able to add/edit existing QnA pairs? Thanks much!

    Hi siva jayashankar,
Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum! Thanks for posting your query!
Yes, QnA Maker is set to retire on March 31, 2025. After this date, you will need to migrate your QnA Maker knowledge bases to the custom question answering feature of Azure Cognitive Services for Language.

Regarding your question about continuing to use existing knowledge bases, you will not be able to add or edit existing QnA pairs in QnA Maker after the retirement date. It is recommended to migrate your knowledge bases to the custom question answering feature to avoid any disruptions to your applications

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any further queries.
