Are you using OneDrive local folder or a mapped OneDrive network drive?
- I suggest you reset OneDrive first.
- Make sure your files are synced successfully to OneDrive online. For some unsaved files, please saved locally as a backup. Then go to OneDrive Settings, unlink the account.
- Exit the OneDrive application and clean cache files under
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\
.
