Hello
So basically I want to enroll a Device into Intune and apply some policies to it. Every time I want to add a work account, a new account is created.
What I would like to do is to join the Device but without creating a new Account but be able to manage it. Is this possible ?

For Intune device enrollment, if there are 15 devices or less need to enroll in Intune, one work account is enough.

You can enroll different 15 devices via one same work account and manage them via Intune policy.

Hello, I think I didn't express myself correctly.
I have the following scenario:
About 30 Devices that people are using where they are logged in with their personal Microsoft Account. They have everything already setup there, folders where they organise their stuff etc.
Now
I need to apply these Devices with some Policies, to be exact CIS Level 1 Policies which I already have imported into Intune. I now need to join those devices into Entra ID / Intune with a work account. The Problem is that when you join an Organization in Windows 11 a new user is created on the device and you are prompted to log in there. But the problem is they don't have their files in that account in the exact way they had in their first user.
Is there a possibility to join an Organization so that you can keep using your first account, keep all you files, Calendar etc but also apply the Intune Policies to it ?

Based on my research, currently, there is no such way that you can keep using your first account, keep all your files, Calendar etc., And also apply the Intune Policies to it. When you enroll devices into Intune, you have to sign in with work account to get policies applied if you want to deploy some policies to manage device, because personal Microsoft account is different from Microsoft work account and personal Microsoft account cannot get profiles from Intune.
