I show that I have redeemed my Azure credits but then I show that there are 0 subscriptions linked. How do I link my existing subscription to my credits?

    Hello Phillip House,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Q&A platform.

The issue may be related to using different email addresses during the redemption process. Please ensure you use the same email address associated with your Azure subscription.

To link your existing subscription to your Azure credits, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal using the email address linked to your Founders Hub credits.
    2. Go to “Subscriptions” and select “Add”.
    3. Click on “All other offers”, locate “Microsoft Azure Sponsorship”, and click “Check eligibility”.

If you encounter any issues or need additional help, you can submit a support request here.
