When speaking with the tech router or customer service representative, inform them during sign-up that you are unable to validate your phone number. They will then create a support ticket and escalate the case to the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.
Once your case is routed to the appropriate team, a support engineer will reach out to assist you further.
Ensure that the correct phone number and email address are provided when creating the support ticket to facilitate communication.
