I want to create a subscription on the Azure Portal but I can't verify my phone number.

    When speaking with the tech router or customer service representative, inform them during sign-up that you are unable to validate your phone number. They will then create a support ticket and escalate the case to the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.

    Once your case is routed to the appropriate team, a support engineer will reach out to assist you further.

     Ensure that the correct phone number and email address are provided when creating the support ticket to facilitate communication.

    Once the case number is created, share it here for reference so that I can track this internally.

    I was able to resolve this issue by signing uo through mobile device
