    Hello @matvey,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Please open Visual Studio Installer => click Modify => make sure that you have installed the "ASP.NET and web development" workload => switch to Individual components tab => on the right, expand "ASP.NET and web development" => check the ".NET Framework project and item templates" option and the "Additional project templates (previous versions)" option => click Modify to install them.
