This issue occur for few reasons and you can check below to resolve the issue.

• Verify the Fields. JSON file stored in Blob storage for any duplicate field types.
• If any duplicates or special characters (e.g., "Final Tax%") are present in the field names, kindly remove them.
• After addressing the duplicates, please retry the labeling process.
