Hello,
Please check the following items first:
Make sure your computer is properly connected to the corporate network and has access to the AD domain controller.
On the AD domain controller, check whether your account is locked, disabled, or expired.
If you are unable to add a domain administrator account to your local administrator group, make sure you are logged in as a domain administrator.
Check the permission Settings of the shared folder. Check whether any domain policies or security group policies restrict access.
If the above steps do not resolve the problem, you may consider removing your computer from the AD domain and rejoining it.
Before rejoining, make sure your computer has all the necessary updates and patches installed and that the correct network Settings are configured.
