In Windows 11, please go to apps - installed apps - search for UHRS - click on the three dots and choose for Advanced option. In the list that appears you can choose for restore. If this does not help you can choose for reset.
If you want to completely remove the app. You can choose for remove.
To reinstall the app again go to https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9npdjm03qcfz?hl=nl-nl&gl=NL
That one is the Dutch version (for other languages you should choose your own language). Then choose for show in Store. The app will open in the Windows Store, and you can install it there.
