keyboard shortcut for BOLD suddenly changed from CTRL-F to CTRL-B in the Danish version i Word, but not in Excel. Why?
Maybe because Word and Excel are different programs and Word allows customization of shortcuts.

I have the same issue with Polish Word - it looks that all shortcuts are from Spanih or Portuguese version (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook shurtuts - works properly)
This is a known issue in recent versions of Word. It has been reported and Microsoft is investigating the issue.

it had resolved over xmas with the following update. yesterdays update has reverted it again. Glad we didn't babystep our hundreds of users through manual change for it to be reverted again

I suggest you go to Word Options >Customize Ribbon > Customize after "Keyboard shorts", find the bold/fat, check its keys, and you may switch it back.
