Regarding an issue we are experiencing with the Page Analytics feature in SharePoint Online. Specifically, when users hover over the Page Viewer metric for the past 90 days, the message indicates that "The 90 day figure isn't available for this metric"(Screenshot for reference).

This data is critical for our ongoing analytics and reporting activities, and I would appreciate your assistance in understanding the potential reasons behind this unavailability. Could you please provide insights into the following:

  1. Are there specific prerequisites or configurations required to enable the 90-day overall unique page viewer count in SharePoint Online?
  2. Could there be any limitations or restrictions related to data collection or user permissions that we should be aware of?
  3. Is there any known issue or scheduled maintenance affecting the availability of this metric?
  4. What steps can we take to ensure that this data becomes available in our SharePoint environment?

We referred the following link:

There is no clarity why Overall Unique Pageviewer count is not available for 90days?

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated

    Hi @Shanmugam, Suresh ,

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

I can reproduce your situation. Unfortunately, this is by design.

If you want to know the reason behind it and want Microsoft to respond to your situation quickly, I suggest you open a ticket to contact Microsoft directly.

Or you can also go to feedback on this issue. Microsoft values its customer feedback and a lot of features have been developed and suggested by customers via feedback. Our Product Team is in-charge of the site and they are constantly checking the comments and feedback from our customers.

    Have a nice day!
