Hello - I'm trying to see my network topology. When I go into my network watcher resource, it doesn't appear under "Monitoring." Am I doing something wrong?

Can you make sure that the Network Watcher is created for your subscription and region?
If yes, then can you try the resource group view? I mean navigating to a resource group and try to see if you are able to see the resource virtualization of that Resource Group from there.

Pleae can you share the screenshot of what you see in your network manager.
I am assuming that it is in same region etc like mentioned above.

You are probably trying to see inside of the network watcher resource. Instead, here is what you should do. Search Network Watcher in azure search bar.
Click on the Network Watcher. But do not click on any of the resources under it. But right there, you will find Topology in the left hand navigation bar!

Make sure you have the right level of RBAC permissions, and the Network watcher is enabled in the appropriate regions.
