Backup Policy changing from enhance to standard

Question

I configured enhanced backup policy and now i would like to change to Standard backup policies for the server. But its not allowing to change. could you please suggest is any possibility to change.

If you have configured an enhanced backup policy for your server, you cannot change it to a standard backup policy. This is because enhanced backup policies provide additional features and functionality that are not available in standard backup policies.

However, you can create a new standard backup policy and apply it to your server. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Backup Center in the Azure portal.
2. Select the server for which you want to create a new backup policy.
3. Click on the Backup policies tab.
4. Click on the + Add button to create a new backup policy.
5. Select the Standard backup policy type.
6. Configure the backup policy settings as per your requirement.
7. Click on the Create button to create the new backup policy.
8. Once the new backup policy is created, you can apply it to your server by selecting the server and clicking on the Backup button.
9. In the Backup pane, select the new backup policy from the Backup policy drop-down list.
10. Click on the Enable backup button to apply the new backup policy to your server.
