How to fix "error 1053" from starting services

Question

so this is the error im getting, and with this, i cant update windows or download any apps from the microsoft store, please help, i really dont wanna reset my pc, thanks for any help :)

windows 10: version 10.0.19045 build 19045

cpu: 5600x

gpu 3060ti

ram: 32 gigs

base: 64x

mother board: pro b550-p gen3

storage: 288gb out of 930gigs (1t)

sfc /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Reset the Winsock Data:

Open Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.

In the elevated command prompt, type the following commands in order and hit Enter after each one.

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /renew
