The Windows 11 Search Bar doesn't work and I cannot type into it.

I can't type into the search bar when I open the Start menu, clicking into it shows no feedback nor does it allow me to type into it. Trying to type into the search bar only highlights applications and directories as if you were typing while your desktop was in focus.

Some things to note:
My system was recently cloned to a new drive. (SATA SSD to M.2 SSD)
I have recently updated my operating system.

Things that I've tried to resolve this:
Unplugging and Replugging my keyboard.
Restarting the Windows Search service (Via services.msc)
Restarting my Computer.
Using SFC and DISM (Found corrupted files but did not resolve the issue.)
Used Chkdsk.

Windows 11 Version 2H22 22621.2283 1000.22662.1000.0

I have noticed that some hotkeys that I use are also no longer functioning (Windows + V/+./+Shift+S)

Any help is appreciated.
