I have installed linux and im trying to reinstall windows but disk is not being detected.
I recently installed linux for the proformance boosts and after realising that barely any programs are supported I want to switch back to windows, I have made a boot usb using my windows desktop. I need to reformat my storage disk so that windows can read it I had booted onto my usb pressed shift - 10 to open command prompt I then ran the command diskpart then the command list disk but my disk wont show up, when in linux operating system my disk works fine and is detected but once I boot windows its not found. I opened up my laptop and checked all the cables and the 2.5 inch drive and the m.2 drive ive reset bios back to both factory resets and recomended settings. And also my hard-drive is not broken or anything like that because it works fine in linux. Please help !!! Thank you.

2023-10-04T20:58:02.79+00:00 You'll want to boot from the windows install media then delete existing partition, create a new one and continue the install.
If windows does not find a disk then it is because the install media does not have a disk controller driver for your hardware. In which case you'll need to download it from the pc or hardware manufacturer, then use the Load Driver button to install it.
