Printing problem with printer on RDS/FSLogix environment

Hi everyone,

We have an RDS infrastructure (8 RDSH servers) with a centralized print server and FSLogix profiles.

Here is how it works:

• Each printer and its driver is installed on the server.
• As soon as a user connects, depending on his rights (Active Directory group), he can see the printer or not and can therefore use it if he sees it.

We have quite a few random problems on the printers, with settings not staying :

• Custom print profile not showing up
• Print profile set to "secure print", which changes back to "normal" profile
• Department/authentication code not persistent at next reconnection

These problems do not appear often, and are random.

I have printers that appear several times in Printer Properties, the same printer appears several times, and I think that is what is causing the problem. See the attachment.

For user A it will appear three times in the properties, for user B it will appear 4 times... However, in the control panel, it appears only once. It is quite incomprehensible.

Does anyone have an explanation for this? :)
