The file server share folder names all start with uppercase letters, and when the client accesses it, the share folder names are showing some initials in uppercase letters and some in lowercase letters, how can I troubleshoot this? Thank you.

It’s easy to fix. All you need to do is type \servername in all lowercase (please ensure it’s all lowercase) then you will see all shared folders with uppercase. Do not use \SERVERNAME or \IP address

    Hi,

If all the characters of the shared folder name are in upper case, the network path will be converted to lower case by default. To change this behavior, you can set the data of the registry value
    "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\DontPrettyPath" to 1.

    Best Regards,
