I've got that error (connection test failed here is what we got instead 5.7.3 authentication unsuccessful AM3PR07CA0129.eurprd07.prod.outlook.com) while setup one of my O365 licensed email on Odoo system .
even after disable the smtp authentication using power shell

I'm not sure if it's supported as the official doc of Odoo indicates: Office 365 email servers don’t easily allow to send external emails from hosts like Odoo. Refer to Microsoft’s documentation to make it work.

I can not set up Odoo with Outlook 2021.
