Reset mfa for Microsoft Developer 365 program E5 Subscription admin account

Hello Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with resetting the Microsoft Authentication MFA for my Microsoft 365 E5 Subscription admin account, associated with the email address ******@5w41sv.onmicrosoft.com.
I have successfully reset my password using the parent subscribed account, ******@hotmail.com. However, when attempting to log in, I am prompted for MFA authentication with the message "Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device" and "Verify your identity Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app."
I mistakenly removed my account from the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is preventing me from proceeding past this point. I would appreciate your help in resetting the MFA settings for my account. Please let me know if any additional information is required to facilitate this process.
