How can I build mez file from .proj or .pq file via commandline?

I need to automate building of PowerBI connector from .proj or .pq file to .mez
On local machine, we are able to do that with Visual studio code and it's Power Query SDK extension https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/install-sdk
but I am not able to automate this on GitHub actions, if there is any PowerShell or any command line command to build .mez please share that.
