re-establishing federation realm object

Hi

I'm assisting a family business that some how has broken the federation between their provider (GoDaddy) and Microsoft authentication and so they have lost access to all resources in their Microsoft 365 environment. An article from Microsoft outlines how to re-establish the federation realm object via msonline in powershell, but to do that you have to login, and you cant because it tries to redirect to GoDaddy realm - so you go around in circles. Does anyone know how you can re-establish the federation realm object (issuerURI) another way?
