why is kernal-mode Hardware enforced stack protection being turned off by windows being updated?

have received several windows 11 pro updates since upgrading from windows 10 pro last week. after each update the kernal-mode Hardware enforced stack protection is being turned off by windows being updated? is this normal or due i have a problem? motherboard is gigabyte b650 gaming x ax v2,

amd ryzen 7 7700x processor, 32 gig ram and 2 tb ssd. this a brand knew build computer about 1 week old. seemed to be ok then the last two updates this problem showed up.
