Error on all Word documents: This file wasn't uploaded because the specified path wasn't found on the server or permission was denied

Can someone please tell me how to fix this. I am unable to save my word documents and I keep getting this error message on every single word document that I open.

    Hi,

    Did you open Word documents in Mac or Windows?

    Did you check if Excel Workbooks have the same problem?

    Where did you save the documents?

    1. Check the Connect Services in Word Go to File- Account and check the Connect Services, remove services and re-connect.
    2. Clear the Windows credentials. Open Control Panel- User Account- Credentials Manager- Windows Credentials- Delete all MicrosoftOffice16 and MicrosoftOffice15 credentials.
