I recently created an Azure subscription to explore its services. I mistakenly provisioned a high-end SQL Server instance, leading to unexpected charges of over $800, even though I was not actively using the service.

Additionally, I attempted to create a support ticket regarding this issue, but I am encountering an error preventing me from proceeding. A screenshot of the message is attached for reference.
