Need to get my MC ID but Certiport no longer has them on their site.

I submitted a help ticket with Certiport to get my MC ID information, but they said they no longer have that information on their site. I took my MTA Certification with them. My current job needs to have my MC ID, so I am looking for help on how I could obtain that information.
