Microsoft Project Online doesn't allow to add conversations in the tasks

I have a licence for Miscrosot Project and can't add comments on the tasks of the Project Plan i create.

The licence it's manage by my organization.

It’s an option of conversation but ask me for add a channel to teams and even though i added it doesn't allow me to add comments to each task that is in a plan.
