How do I link a calendar to a form?

"Hi, I would like to know how to limit the dates that a person can chose when entering a date in forms. For example, they can only pick Wednesdays. Is there a way to connect to the outlook calendar to populate the available dates in the form? I have found a lot of info about how using form results to create meetings in the calendar. This is not what I want. I am looking for the opposite : to create a calendar of available dates that people can chose from through forms.
