We are planning to rebrand our company of around 150 members we use microsoft email teams, sharepoint, one drive and Azure with 30VMs and webapp.

What are the order of the steps to be followed. can you share the documents and high level steps in the order to be followed

it depends. you can add alternate dns records, to rebrand the old site, email, etc, but the azure tenant name would remain the same. you can not change the tenant name, only create a new one, and migrate the users and resources to the new tenant.
