Hi @Samuel,
To address this, you need to delete the associated Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory) tenant before you can close your personal account. Here's how you can proceed:
1. Delete the Microsoft Entra Tenant:
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center using your Global Administrator account.
Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID.
On the tenant's Overview page, select Manage tenants.
Select the checkbox for the tenant you wish to delete, then click Delete.
If your organization doesn't pass one or more checks, you'll receive a link with more information on how to resolve these issues.
After addressing all checks, confirm the deletion.
For detailed instructions, refer to Microsoft's official guide: Delete a Microsoft Entra tenant.
2. Close Your Microsoft Account:
- Once the tenant is deleted, you can proceed to close your personal Microsoft account.
- Follow the steps outlined in Microsoft's support article: How to close your Microsoft account.
