Request for Access to Microsoft 365 Developer Program Sandbox Subscription
Dear Microsoft 365 Developer Program Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I recently joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program with the email address ******@oto-technology.fr and received the confirmation email welcoming me to the program. However, I still do not have access to set up an E5 sandbox subscription. On my dashboard, I only see the message :
"You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription."
I have completed my developer profile accurately and selected the appropriate technologies and products that reflect my work. As an IT professional, I am currently building a lab environment to test hybrid Active Directory integrations with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams), and Intune MDM scenarios. The E5 sandbox would be essential for me to develop and test these solutions in a proper, isolated tenant.
Since I received the confirmation email but still cannot access the sandbox, I would appreciate your help in clarifying the situation. Could you please let me know what is preventing access to the sandbox subscription and how I can meet the eligibility requirements?
