Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 Synchronization can't install?

Question

I want create GAL replication within AD, hence reason using Microsoft Identity Manager Synchronization.

Installed the minimum components, I believe you only require MIM Synhronization, SQL SErver and SQLMS? I spent hours, and I so stumped, if I missed something or as there not lot of information online

Installed SQL Standard 2022 and SQL Server Management Studio 20.2 hosted on Server 2022 standard. A MIMSyncService user created within AD SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) service is running and other SQL services all run on the host machine.

I tested SQL connection using SQLSMS with following cmd sqlcmd -S LT-MIM -E return 1> I can't get pass the following screen

The screen fail instantly, when I click Next! I have entered LT-MIM for the remote computer.
