SCCM 2403 Product Key

I failed in upgrading from 2103 to 2403. So i removed 2103 and install 2403. Currently it is running on evaluation mode. I tried to install 2103 product key but it returned with invalid product license. Is there a way that i can request from Microsoft to give me the 2403 product key since i have a subscription?
