Microsoft Server 2022 License Purchased from TechSoup.org Does Not Work

We purchased a license for Windows Server Standard 2022 near the top of February. It was delivered through the VLP page of our admin.microsoft portal. The key does not work. We reached out to support at TechSoup who started a ticket with Microsoft's M365 support team. Kerl Athan "Ken" Antonino from Microsoft responded letting me know that we need to start a ticket at answers.microsoft and at the Service Hub. The Services Hub is only available to people with paid subscriptions to that service, we don't have that. Someone at answers.microsoft said that I need to post here to fix broken license issues.
What can we do to get up and running?
