Being charged for cloud services since past 2-3 months

I cancelled my susbcription deleted all storage still being charged also my request ticket fails to submit

    verify that your cancellation was successful. Check your email for a confirmation message. If you didn't receive one, it might indicate that the cancellation didn't go through

    If you have multiple accounts with the same payment method, ensure none of them are still active. This is a common reason for continued charges
