Hi,
We have numerous users using the MS RDP APP for Android connecting to Remote Desktop Services.
Sometimes the APP goings to spinning wheel as if it lost the connection and never recovers. A restart of the APP is needed.
Wireshark shows the device and server communicating without issue and when a device fails all other devices are working with RDS without issue.
Moderator has confirmed end users reporting the issue and said to post here for further information.

Error = Page Not Found Let's get you back on track
Please advise what's wrong with the APP and fix timeframe or what requirements it needs to ensure the spinning wheel issue doesn't occur. Happy to provide diagnostics also on request.
