Receiving emailed invoices for an account I'm not involved with

Hi,

Every month I receive an emailed invoice for an account which I am not the owner of and isn't connected to me. How do I go about removing my email address from this account?

(Clicking on the links on the email to view the invoice online sends me to a page that tells me to log in to the account I'm already logged in as)

The owner has recently stopped paying their bills and I'm worried this will become my responsibility.

    Thanks for your question

    If you have access to the portal, go to Azure Cost Management + Billing portaland check if your email is listed under Billing administrators. If listed, request the account owner to remove you.

    If you do not have access to the account but still receive invoices, submit a request to Microsoft via https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    Billing tickets are free. Select Billing and request assistance
