I currently don't have access to my OneDrive data because of sudden lockdown by Microsoft without any advance notice or any email notification, so currently all data in my tenant's OneDrive already deny access and even makes attaching something in Outlook become diffucult. Did anyone have ways to get back the data? I have tried contact with support team but all reply is useless, or is it possible Microsoft change their procedure by adding advance notification through email before deny user to access their data?Screenshot 2025-02-25 134916

    Hi @tlx

Was this OneDrive license assigned to you by your organization, or did you purchase it from Microsoft yourself?

As the prompt says, you should contact your tenant's admin or IT team(or contact the person who gave you this account) and ask them to open a support ticket via following method in "Get support for Microsoft 365 for business".

Meanwhile, users have mentioned that they have purchased a Work or school account from a third-party seller and have been unable to contact the tenant administrator. Please note that Microsoft prohibits the sale of transactional Work or School accounts and will disable the OneDrive and SharePoint services for illegal accounts. If this is the case, I'm afraid and sorry to say there is no way to re-enable the OneDrive service and get your OneDrive data back.
